Three Birds Restaurant is an upscale American bistro. The décor is modernist, with black and white tables and chairs, an aesthetic matched by Three Birds' elegantly simple website. There is also outdoor seating for the summer months, and both the drink and food menus change seasonally. Appetizers feature Maine Lobster Pizza or Wild Mushroom Goat Cheese Risotto. Entrées include several fish dishes, such as Pan Seared Snapper with Coconut Forbidden Rice or Chilean Sea Bass with Lemon Basil Gnocchi.
