Chef Michael DiBianca at Moro firmly believes that each dining experience should be different, and has the menu here changed regularly—thus making your dining experience exciting and unpredictable. Try the tasting menus, with three, four, six, and even eight course meals (make sure to arrive in a group to take maximum advantage of this offer). You could also avail of the restaurant's catering services, which are guaranteed to make any private gathering a success. Moro was voted 'Best Overall Restaurant 2003-04' by Delaware Magazine, and has received the Wine Spectators Award of Excellence.
