A 1940s World War II themed restaurant named after the original on an island in the Pacific, this one is a close replica for atmosphere and props, complete with military and political décor, bamboo walls, Big Band music, an ocean view and pin-ups of Betty Grable. The casual American fare includes a variety of steaks, seafood, and pasta dishes. Located on the second floor, it features popular "early bird" dinner specials. It's a great place for Happy Hour with 2-for-1 "Margarita Madness" drinks Monday through Saturday 4p-7p and live entertainment on Monday, Friday and Saturday at 7p. - Natasha Lawrence
