If you normally shy away from brew pubs because the food takes a back seat to the beer, welcome to the exception to that rule. Bosco's turns out some of the finest food in Nashville, as well as an extensive selection of beers brewed onsite. The Brewmaster's Dinner is a sampling of different entrees prepared exclusively by Bosco's master chef, and each is served with a different brew. A visit here is like an education in food and beverage pairing, and it's a lot of fun. The menu is filled with bistro-style food, pleasantly presented with care by the chef.
