In case the name didn't give it away, Franklin's specialty is meat. Chicken, ribs and beef are served up in classic American style. Enormous portions and reasonable prices make this restaurant a favorite with families and large groups. The menu deviates from the basic meat dishes to pasta and seafood platters. They are equally tasty and reasonably priced. Extra hungry patrons choosing should try the authentic Maryland Crab Cakes for an appetizer. Dessert lovers must indulge in the Oreo Cookie ice cream pie.
