A preferred member of Chaines des Rotisseurs, Chattanooga's only 3-diamond restaurant offers a continental menu and downtown convenience. The menu changes, but a typical fare may include: Atlantic salmon skewer with soy dipping sauce followed by a Caesar salad with grilled Atlantic salmon and fresh baked bread; rack of lamb with cumin glaze or center cut pork chop with blackberry port sauce. A fine selection of wine and dessert complete the meal. Blue frescoed walls and golden hardwood floors surround tables graced with fresh linens and fine china and classical music wafts through the dining area.
