There's something here for everyone—jogging trails, a disc-golf course and an archery range for the athletic, nature trails and a nature center for those who want to learn about the local wildlife, and boat rentals on the lake for anyone who wants to get out on the water. Take brunch to the picnic grounds if you are spending the day, or rent a cabin for a longer stay. Admission is free, but there are various charges for boat and equipment rentals.
