Barb-A-Rosa's restaurant is family-owned and operated. There are several tables and it does a brisk lunch trade, although a large portion of the eatery's business is take-out orders. Step up to the counter and order pulled pork barbecue or ribs with all of the fixings. The sandwiches are piled high with smoky barbecue meat and topped with slaw, unless you specify otherwise. The beans here are slightly hot, the coleslaw is creamy and the barbecue sauce is dark and tangy. If you are feeling hungry anytime, you know where to head.
