Located in a restored 1870s building that formerly housed a general store, Miss Sipp's Catfish Saloon offers a relaxed country setting that suits the menu. Come here for the fried catfish—it is lightly breaded with flour and cornmeal and is served with slightly sweet coleslaw, hush puppies and pickle relish. You do not just get a tiny plastic cup of tartar sauce here—it is brought to the table in a squeeze bottle. The service is friendly, the accents are Southern, and refills on the iced tea are free.
