From the time the doors open for dinner until the last pasta dish is served, Carrabba's capacity limit is practically always challenged. The classically comfortable atmosphere draws a constant flow of families, twenty-somethings and big wigs. The food servers are usually knowledgeable and always eager to please. Linger over cappuccino and tiramisu in the dining room, or treat yourself to a show at the dining bar. Here, in front of the exhibition kitchen, you can watch the cooks sauté your Scampi Damian, grill your Chicken Bryan Texas, bake your lasagna or toss your Italian Chicken Pizza. The bar offers beer, wine and the restaurant's signature Carrabba-Rita.
