This restaurant offers some of the best Creole eating this side of New Orleans. You won't find any packaged or precooked meal at this fine Eastside eatery. Only homemade Creole dishes made by experienced hands grace the small tables. The signature dish is Gumbo, hot gumbo and more gumbo, but don't be afraid to try the Jambalaya or the Cajun staple, Red Beans and Rice. The place isn't fancy, but neither are the prices. For less than 30 bucks, you can walk out stuffed. But don't eat so much that you don't have room for the finest Bread Pudding on the Eastside.
