With the influx of good authentic Mexican food in Dallas, it's refreshing to see that the suburbs are beginning to receive their fair share of the enchilada. Located within the Firewheel Town Center, Esteban's provides specialties designed to appeal to the most discriminating patron: Brisket and roasted almond-stuffed chile rellenos are a feature not to be missed. Grilled Tilapia with zucchini and avocado, tomatillo and mango salsa, served with a green salad is refreshing, light and filling. Pollo con hongos is marinated grilled chicken, poblano peppers and mushrooms. Hearty eaters should try the 10oz rib-eye Steak Ranchero. - Raine Devries
