This upscale Mexican restaurant offers foods that are, for the most part, slightly on the mild side. Ojeda's has been family-owned and operated since the 1960s. The restaurant's Mexican-American influences are obvious in the colorful decor. This wonderful Mexican eatery has a tremendous Dallas following of families and couples. Specialty dishes include the Ojeda's Dinner (corn tortilla, hot queso, guacamole, refried beans, Mexican rice, two ground-beef enchiladas and a puffy taco with all the trimmings), beef chile relleno and chunky Guiso de Res beef stew. The house-made pralines are among the best in town.
