Reservations are not taken at this popular Dallas restaurant, but the excellent food here is worth the wait. The ornamentation is stunning, with a half-moon bar, plenty of windows and a red-and-stone Asian theme. Specialties include Chang's Chicken in Soothing Lettuce, Hoisin Chinese Barbecue Spare Ribs, Long Beans Szechwan-style and Garlic Noodles. The desserts offered include many American favorites - chocolate cake, brownies, pies and ice cream.
