Q-4-U, the barbecue restaurant is a Utah gem, and definitely worth the drive from just about anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley. Ribs are slow-baked before they are lathered in sauce and grilled, making for a tender, messy, tasty slab of meat. The ambiance of the place is about what you might expect from a restaurant that specializes in ribs: comfortable, cozy, and a tad bit on the rustic side. You might even find some peanut shells on the floor.
