If you are looking for the best steak in the Salt Lake Valley, you just might hit the jackpot at this classy, upscale restaurant in Sandy. The décor is tasteful, clean, and classic, with high-polish tables and chairs and crisp linens at Sandy Carver's Steaks & Chops. The New York steak is so tender it almost melts away, and the Filet Mignon is at its flavoured best. The wine list is worth a close look as well. You might not get the quantity of food you expect for the price, but the quality is worth every penny.
