Located half hour north of Seattle, Buck's American Cafe has good food and a casual atmosphere, making it a worthwhile stop for folks with business at Boeing's Everett plant. The menu is a cornucopia of decent burgers, soups and salads, plus dishes like Baked Sea Bass, New York Pepper Steak, Wild Mushroom and Goat Cheese Ravioli. Every weekend, the restaurant serves slow-roasted Prime Rib. Leave room for the special pies (Peanut Butter, Bourbon Street Pecan and others).
