Sitting at the water's edge in the Watergate Villas condominium complex, the open-air Mim's Seaside Bistro serves pasta and steak, but makes its reputation on seafood. The signature dish is a Caribbean lobster shell stuffed with lobster medallions. The lobster is sautéed with garlic, coconut milk, curry, heavy cream, tomatoes and onions.
