Jumbie Beach, tucked along the North Shore in Virgin Islands National Park, is a local favorite. Small in size compared to its nearby neighbors, this beach nonetheless has lots to offer. After a steep walk down, a lovely strand of white sand beckons. The snorkeling is excellent, particularly along the rocks on either side of the bay. This bay can be rough when winter swells roll in from the north, so novice snorkelers should opt for a more protected beach. There is no admission charge.
