The cuisine at Chloe and Bernard's draws from an international base. It changes seasonally, but you might find Rio Grande Tenderloin seasoned with pepper and coriander and served with corn and black bean salad and mashed plantains. The décor sports airy white curtains blowing in the tropical breeze and brass accents.
