The ambience is as delightful as the Northern Italian food at this cozy beachside bistro. Sitting right on Cruz Bay Beach, the bistro offers a choice of outside or indoor airconditioned seating. The restaurant takes its name from a pressed Italian sandwich, called a panini, found only on the lunch menu. Other offerings include pizza, soup and salad. Dinner sees such delights as pasta, pork chops and chicken cooked with herbs and spices. Do not neglect dessert. The chocolate panini is wonderful.
