White linen tablecloths, candlelight and a lovely seaside view set the stage for delicious dinners. Chef Aaron Willis adds touches like hoisin sauce to his salmon. It comes on sticky rice served with a taco filled with Asian vegetables and crabmeat. Look for more dishes along the same lines.
