It's hard to believe that this desirable restaurant, bar and cafe was once a sooty foundry. Located in the burgeoning old factory area near the Waterfront, it fills a vast tiered space centred on a bar below a suspended wine cellar. Beluga, with its minimalist brickwork interior, has become the place to be seen.
