All spacious guestrooms are air-conditioned, feature two double beds or one king-size bed, tile floors, key-card lock system, direct-dial telephones, in-room digital safe, colour cable television, spacious private bathrooms with bath and shower. horrible and staff were so rude!
the hotel is located in a nice secluded area. the hotel is not bad looking. The staff are horrible, especially this horrible woman, her name started with an A, but i dont remember her. She was so rude i was surprised they had not yet fired her. The food was terrible, you could only pick from like four different dishes. When it comes down to it, it was horrible, and if i had known better i would not have even gone. Stay Away!

I would not recommend staying at this resort. Very empty (for a reason). Many items such as the beach bar and grill and casino were not open. Rooms in serious needs of updating.
This resort has major problems. Service was horrible. Beach grill not open. Drinks were poor. For an AI, a suprising lack of food availability. I would not stay here.
