This family-operated boutique condo hotel offers spacious studios, one and two-Bedroom luxury suites featuring balconies with ocean view, fully equipped gourmet kitchens in the one or two-bedroom suites and kitchenettes in the studio suites, whirlpool tubs and finished with marble and granite throughout. It's a romantic hideaway in the precious hillsides of Dawn Beach within a short walk to the beach, casino, spa and restaurants.The property's amenities include a fitness room, massage treatments, kids' pool slide, and large pool area overlooking the ocean with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The hotel also offers room service, a concierge, free parking, delivered groceries, babysitting, a fax machine, and laundry/dry cleaning service. Beautiful Sunrise
We stayed at the Princess Heights in January '08. It's about a half hour ride from the Airport, but once you arrive the scenary is outstanding. You can see the ocean from the Balcony and watch the sunrise. The staff is very helpful. Because of the location, you will probably want to rent a car (Taxi's are available but can be expensive). There is a Westin next door that allows you to use their Amenities. It was a great Anniversary.
Beautiful Sunrise
I just returned from some scuba in St. Martin, WI. We stayed at the Princess Heights, which I found to be a very enjoyable experience. The complex could use an elevator, yet our condo was quite spacious, spotless, with attractive local ;decor; furnishings. The staff is helpful and friendly. Though the complex sits on a hill and away from the ocean, our view was outstanding. The staff will take care your extracurricular needs ranging from scuba and other water sports to island hopping excursions. If you're going to St. Martin, I would highly recommend a stay at Princess Heights.
The place is clean, spotless, comfortable and well kept . The rooms are large, open with lots of light . The balconies are very large, overlook the ocean and St. Barts. We spent mornings out on the balconies taking in the beauty that is Dawn Beach . The landscaping is beautiful, the pool is huge. The condosuite has a complete kitchen . The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The maids are very meticulous. This place is run like a 5STAR hotel yet has the charming and quaint ambience of a family run private paradise hotel.
