Rooms for Improvement
Really bad experience the first night due to noise from adjoinging room. Haing to come down to lobby for wireless internet access where people were smoking away. Internet access were down and all messed up when back on. Concierges were not knowledgeable for relevant questions. Fitness center does not have disinfect wipes for before/after machine use, users cannot listen to/change channel on TV.
Rooms for Improvement
This hotel fits right in with Buenos Aires. The old-world decor makes you think you're in Europe, instead of the Americas. The service was excellent all around, and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The only drawback I could see was the need to take one flight of stairs to get to the rooms from the lobby.
Nice property and well-located.Poor entry design requires long flight of stairs to get to elevators. Restaurant highly overrated and living on past laurels - but do have drink in elegant bar and eat elsewhere. Pool has little sun.Great wine shop across street.
