The Clear View Suites and Cottages is a moderately priced, semi-secluded lodging option on Bermuda's north shore. Located in Hamilton Parish, this landscaped property overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Although the accommodations are not directly on the beach, guests will be able to walk to a nearby cove for swimming and snorkeling. Shelly Bay Beach is a short moped ride away. For onsite recreation, the hotel offers two outdoor pools and a tennis court. There is an art gallery at the resort as well. Guests can enjoy convenient, onsite dining at the Landfall Restaurant. Meal plans are available for an additional daily fee. BBQ grills make impromptu cookouts possible. Many of the guest units have kitchenettes. Please note that the resort's rates remain the same all year. There is a charge for children. There is one meeting room available for guest use. To reach destinations in the surrounding area, guests can rent mopeds nearby or catch the local bus that stops just outside the resort. The Bermuda International airport is approximately two and a half miles from the resort. There are 30 guest units. A variety of room types are available. Guests may smoke in guest units. Rooms equipped for the physically challenged are available; however, if you have specific needs, please contact the owner before your arrival to make arrangements. Many rooms have kitchenettes. Standard amenities include air-conditioning, telephone, and television.

A Fillthy Hotel
Came to Bermuda at the last minute to escape Hurricane Dean in Mexico, where we were supposed to go. Had a hard time getting last minute reservations anywhere so we booked a room here for 5 nights. Terrible mistake. Had the 2 bedroom Landfall Cottage. Outside was very run down. It smelled very musty. The walls, carpeting and furniture were filthy. The furniture and shower curtains were moldy. There were electrical outlets hanging out of the walls by wires. Lamps didn't work. Hot water faucets didn't work. Ceiling paint peeling. The view was great, but there is no beach within easy walking distance. It is convenient to have the bus stop right outside the hotel. This whole property needs complete refurbishing. We spent 2 nights which were the worst I've ever spent in a hotel. We were then able to get a room just up the road at Grotto Bay, which was great.

This place was horrible. Outdated furniture, poor housekeeping, kitchen was dirty with old appliances. My kids wouldn't sleep in their beds because they were so old and appeared dirty. Construction workers were staying in the accomodations next door- need I say more! Don't go there, it is an absolute nightmare!
