Nice hotel, but no free shuttle as claimed
Great hotel, very accomodating, but the ""free"" airport shuttle is a little suspect. I called when I arrived, and the shuttle was ""somewhere else"", and I had to pay 50 Bs for a cab and didn't get reimbursed, and my friend got the shuttle, but was charged around 40 Bs when we checked out. Not exactly ""free"".
