Clean updated room
Overall I we were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean, The air conditioner kept us pleasantly cool and the pool was clean an kept up well. The only problem I had was with the Dining room. We had the buffet breakfast at about it was acceptable but not a big selection to choose from. We had the Mexican buffet Saturday night, maybe it's just because I am a greedy American but, that was not a buffet and for per person and were thoroughly disappointed. Their version of Mexican food was a poor version and very different than what I am used to. Again the food was acceptable but my husband and I thought we should have paid more like per person for that meal. Eat out at the local establishments if you want to try something new, you will also spend probably less than 1/2 of what the Radisson will charge you. If you plan to use the gym there are plenty of clean towels and filtered drinking water available. We pland to deifinitely stay at the Radisson again. It really is the nicest hotel in Belize City. If you want to be in a more "Tourist" atmosphere go to the Cayes. If you like the "local" feel of a vacation, this is the place to be. Everyone at the hotel was very accomodating and the locals were very friendly and eager to take us where ever we desired. Don't forget to get the Key Lime pie at the cafe.. really good and cheap! Enjoy!

Nice room. Ocean view obstructed by a fence. Mini-bar not fully stocked but front desk was helpful with that. Great giftshop. Comfortable room but over-priced for the value.
Radisson Fort George
Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel it is a great base for doing activities. 5 minute easy access walk to the water taxi going to the cayes. The city is run down but I never had any problems on several walks to the ferry terminal. Many of the tour companies pick up at the hotel and of course the hotel can set you up with tours which is very convenent. The front desk was very friendly and helpfull as was the entire staff. Room service was fast and there was plenty of room at the pool. The mayan ruins at Lamania were awesome and was lucky enough to be there for lobster fest on caye caulker. A very enjoyable stay.

This hotel is the jewel of a decrepit Belize City. Don't go out on the streets at night, but you can let X , a street guide - show you the town. The dive shop on the pier offers a complete dive course, and will take you to their own island! Explore.
Radisson Fort George
This place has moldy rooms, pool was dirty and closed. Price for day trips was twice the local price. Staff was rude and non-caring. Not is a good part of town after dark and nothing to do. Go somewhere else if you must go to Belize
Pleasant place to stay
The ocean view was greatSuperior servicenice pools (2)great food
