Good

This place was really great we had a big group 5 people and there was enough room for everybody in that ammount of space. The beds were nice and the kitchen too.

Good

The hotel is inconveniently located, not in Banff, nor in Canmore. One has to make a U-turn to get to it. The worst part is the rude manner of the keeper. For every question we asked, her reply was downright rude and unwelcoming When we expressed our dissatisfaction, she simply said: " You can leave". How unbelievable! The hotel makes the guests sign an agreement to keep the place clean and quiet or they will be fined for *. The rules include taking off the shoes and leave them outside. We wonder what kind of crowd this place is dealing with. We will never stay with this place again for sure.

This was one of the best values we found in this area. We found the staff to be very helpful, the unit clean, and spacious. We timed the ride to Banff and found it to be 12 minutes It is really only minutes from downtown and restaurants.

This hotel is under new mangement and alot of effort has gone into ensuring that the guest rooms are clean. Very spacious 2 bedroom units. Kitchen and eating areas to prepare and eat meals. 5 minute drive into Canmore or 15 minutes into Banff. Grounds include a BBQ and playground area in the back.
