No internet access
The hotel overall is good. But you have to pay hefty internet access fee, which is unfriendly for a 4-star hotel. Plus, the construction around the hotel is really problematic.
No internet access
From staff greeting to departure, this hotel was delightful. Uncompromising service. Breakfast buffet a bit pricey, as is valet car park but that's to be expected in a major metro area if you want the convenience of easy in/out. And it was. Everyone in Calgary was courteous. I would however suggest caution on very early morning walks/runs as there is a fair amount of vagabonds. But this is certainly not the hotel's fault but an issue in the city. Not to deter from a wonderful vacation, although too short.
Great Accommodations
Hotel is brand new, nice pool, clean rooms, nice furnishings, big bathroom, good service, nice workout facitliy, right in the middle town within steps to the Calgary Tower. Great rate for a high class hotel.
The rooms are very nice, the hotel is well-decorated, but they charge you extra for EVERYTHING! Even internet access. Ridiculous in such an upscale hotel. Parking is 18 a night!!! Geez!
