We always stay at this hotel! We find that it is reasonable priced and we can all stay together when travelling ingroups as the rooms are large. the pool and store is an asset. Since the have changed over service is a little lacking!

great value
They shut off our water overnight (no sink, no toilet), and their workers set off a fire alarm at 1:00 AM! No word of apology; no offer of compensation.
Great Stay!
Fantastic view of the city but was very disappointed with the parking facilities (had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs as there wasn't an elevator up to lobby) and found out certain rooms do not have air conditioning or Internet. Internet connection was too slow for working remotely.
Big suites, close to downtown. Very good value compared to other downtown hotels. Food was real""canadian"" and could have been a lot better for the price but there are plenty of good eats nearby.
