I arrived at the hotel and from what I had heard of Fort McMurray I was really very pleasantly surprsied, the hotel was great, the staff were helpful but as is the case with the majority of businesses in Alberta are short staffed, patiience goes along- the hotel was new so I was happy.I was told that the hotel has new owners and there are good things taking place so i will be going back for sure.
