The halls smell like death. The room was tiny. Despite a lot of other promotional things I've seen on this hotel, there is not a microwave and fridge in...
The neighborhood where this hotel is located is scary. Yes. Scary. And I'm from Brooklyn, NY! My first night here, I decided to wander around to see where...

Rooms were small but clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel very close to subway station.
Convenient
We chose this hotel for good price and very happy with the hotel and staff, very good breakfast with eggs and fruits for free. Subway train in front of hotel is very helpfull for visiting Toronto. Good Hotel
We had a good stay
Very good hotel, nice area for shopping, and restaurants. Very nice and classy rooms
We went for a weekend in Toronto and were not sure, but it was a very nice little hotel. The room was not huge, but it was enough for 2 people. It is right across the street from the subway which was super convenient. The complimentary breakfast was more than we expected, and all members of the staff were very very helpful. We recommend it to anyone who wants to stay somewhere a little bit different than the typical hotel.
The room was decent, the staff was helpful, and the location was good. No problems at all, just a few annoyances: e.g. the heater was a little noisy, the elevator was too small for the facility. Given the price compared to other nearby hotels, though, we were very satisfied.
We found this hotel when we were searching for something in our budget for a few nights in Downtown Toronto. We were impressed. We stayed in a room with a Queen bed which was spacious and clean. It was a bit dark and ""old"" in terms of decoration. Breakfast was great, everything we needed. The service was fine. The area seemed safe, close to high end shopping on Bloor W and also close to some nice walks and window shopping in Cabbagetown. It's also very close to Sherbourne subway station. I would recommend this hotel.
