Warm Welcome in Quebec City
Travelling on my own to Quebec, I appreciated the warm welcome and comfort at this lovely, well located hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. They greeted me by name every time I passed the desk! The concierges were most patient and helpful in arranging dinner reservations and concert tickets. The bright young staff seemed to take a personal interest in making my stay pleasant. If possible, request a room with their beautiful view of Old Quebec City.I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Warm Welcome in Quebec City
I have traveled to Quebec City for the past 20 years. The Courtyard is the best overall value and experience we have ever had in Quebec City. The staff are the very best in any hotel we have stayed in North America.
The hotel is just outside the main gates to Old Quebec. The employees are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. I havew stayed at this hotel on a number of occassions and will always return. I have also stayed at other hotels in the area, but none match the service and convenience of the Courtyard.
The concierge recommended some exceelent restaurants. Room was impeccable. Great location and price. We were there on St. Jean Baptiste Day. Every American should see this independence day celebration.
