I would like to recomend this hotel , excellent service

This place was horrible. It was a scary experience. The formal restaurant had a few critters crawling around, which made me sick to my stomach. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The bathroom toilet did not flush and the shower had freezing cold water. The air conditioner did not work properly. You could not adjust the temperature, you had to deal with either a freezing room or a stuffy room. The staff in that place would not even aknowledge your presence, they would finish up there personal activities at a slow pace and would not let you know they would be right with you. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This hotel is located in the best location in San Jose. The hotel charge 40 for an extra person fee which I did not like. The services was marginal and was nothing special. The rooms were small but they were clean. This supposed to be an upscale hotel in San Jose but it's not even close.
Impeccable room service and bell hops. Front desk and answering service are terrible. Definitely NOT for business: missed appointments and messages never received or noted. Cost me time and money unnecessarily. Good location: central & convenient. On the ""border"" of not-so-good areas but not a problem. Would not go back: condo rentals cheaper, better and less hassles.
Very hard to drive to, as I rented a car and its located smack in the middle of downtown. Also Internet will cost you 10/ hour. Since it's unsafe yo go outside, you have no choice but to pay those prices
