Great place!
I was very happily surprised by service: at frontdesk, at restaurants, event organization overall... everyone willing to help, and very friendly. A couple of highlights: the sushi restaurant is very good quality and reasonable prices...the beds are very comfortable...The hotel is also strategically located close to all hotspots in town, the Escazu and Santa Ana areas...I highly recommend it!
Great place!
This is a great hotel with a beautiful lobby, very comfortable guest rooms and a good selection of restaurants. The staff was very quick to respond. My only complaint is that it could be anywhere in the world; it doesn't have any local Costa Rican flavor.
