Just OK
I have used this hotel two times for just one-night stays when arriving in the PM before heading to my final destination. Price is high for what you recieve
Just OK
Just came from staying at Marriott Los Suenos resort along the coast which had great service and wonderful facilities. This hotel was a great disappointment. The staff are not helpful. Pool was dirty. Facilities are below avg.
Rooms are nice and spacious like most Marriott-owned properties, but not the best location in San Jos?etro area. Escaz? is the ?Americanized,? upscale part of San Jos? a bit isolated from city. A few good shops can be found but nothing truly Costa Rican like you find downtown. Rooms are seriously overpriced. "
This hotel is in a good location. It is in Escazu which is the nicest part of San Jose. Close to restaurants (some American) and a large shopping mall. The hotel is small and the rooms are not that great. The food is terrible. Chicken from Room Service made me sick for two days. Service is ok. This is mostly for business travelers. Stay at the Full Service Marriott near the airport. It is very nice! and worth paying a little more.
