Not U.S. Friendly
I selected this hotel for specific features such as in room high speed wireless, A/C and the fact that it is part of a large chain, so I thought would have people who could easily talk to me. They were unable to provide me with the internet connection (""firewall issues for people from US), my A/C was out after one of the hottest days of the year, and I had phone problems. Re: the phone: i was told: ""If it worked yesterday, it should work today."" Good grief! I wish now I had stayed in Frankfurt.
