Excellence Continued and a Great Value!

 by  anonymous  on  2008-05-19

I had stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and had given it a good rating at that time and I am very pleased to see that not only is the value for the money still great but this hotel has improved. The staff is excellent in their courteousness and very helpful. The restaurant staff was also very courteous and the customer service was outstanding especially from the dinner waiter. I was very impressed with the security at this location as I arrived back to the hotel late one evening and the security team let me in very quickly, having remembered me as a hotel guest. The buffet breakfast is outstanding and has both American style items (omelettes made to order) and local Ecuadorian selections including ceviche. For all around gracious customer service, no one beats the Hamption Inn Guayaquil!
