Relaxing Business Trip
Excellent Service and Location. Very nice, clean, if somewhat basic rooms, with nice marble bathrooms. Good views of the Nile, but this is a skyscraper, so if you are afraid of heights, not the hotel for you. Good location across from the Four Seasons Nile and Walking distance to the Egyptian Museum. I paid extra to book into the deluxe club rooms. Definitely worth the money. In such a large hotel, it is a way to get more personalized service. There is a private floor VIP check in, with private lounge serving breakfast and complimentary snacks throughout the day as well as free wireless. This is a huge savings as in room wireless alone is 33.00. All staff in the VIP area provided excellent service. This is a large hotel, that is its main drawback. The other, is the ventilation between rooms is connected, so although I had a nonsmoking room, I was able to smell my neighbors cigarettes every night. Beautiful spa and exercise facilities.
