The hotel was renovated in 2004 and consists of a total of 250 apartments on 4 floors. The fully air-conditioned building offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a café, 4 lifts, a games room, wireless Internet access, a TV room as well as a bicycle storage facility and rental. The inviting air-conditioned à la carte restaurant has a separate non-smoking area and highchairs are also available on request. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park or in the garage. There is a playground and kids' club for children aged between 4 and 12 years old. The laundry service as well as the medical assistance rounds off the services available from the hotel.
