ok experience
decent experience for a diamond gold crown club member. restaurant staff very friendly,hotel staff friendly. the steak in the rest. was 10.95 ,but not a very good cut of meat.

Afternoon reception clerk was the most surley individual we have met in some time. Witnessed her actually hang up on customers calling for reservations. Room smelled, carpet was dirty. In the morning discovered they only left one bath towel so called the front desk for another. The clerk refused to bring up to the room so we used the bath mat towel. The one towel we did have was completely worn out.This is a awful excuse for a Best Western motel.
