An old establishment, no up-keeping,
This only good about this Hotel is extreme close to Metro Station and Bus services (easy access to sightseeing places), lots of restaurants ,super-market around, even a street market in the morning. Please BEWARE the hotel 's Elevator always broke down, the spiral staircase is so narrow (about 30" wide), it is hard to carry heavy luggage upstair. Rooms are small.
