Went for a friend's wedding
We checked in Thursday and enjoyed the facilities. My family used the fitness center and heated swimming pool and said it was great. Being from Florida I passed on swimming but the pool looked very inviting. I enjoyed the character of the place mostly. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Part of the inn is very old and you can see the history in it. We ate at the restaurant that evening and the food was very good. They provide an excellent breakfast as well. The room was very spacious and immaculate. Same with the bathroom including updated fixtures. The wedding was Friday and everything was spectacular. We had a blast. We checked out Saturday and stayed 2 nights in Edinburgh to tourist around. The hotels in Edinburgh cost more and give you less value. That's why I rated this one so highly.
