Its restaurant offers a gourmet's delight, complemented by an outstanding selection of wines from the famous 350-year old Wine Cellar. After a day's shopping, relax in the American Bar, where the drinks are long and conversation lively. For private parties or business meetings, four salons or the Wine Cellar are available. Above the cellar is the 17th century Carriage House which accommodates 12 bedrooms plus the 'Guv'nor's Suite' - a 22-foot high, beamed ceiling, two level master suite with a Minstrel's Gallery. All 81 rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with the international business traveller in mind.
