Barcelona Experience

 by  anonymous  on  2006-10-02

This hotel was very centrally located. Service and accommodations were very good, clean and comfortable. Anything lower than Superior room is small. They upgraded us without requesting and without additional charge (not sure why). Would highly recommend for the price and location.

Barcelona Experience

 by  anonymous  on  2006-08-02

This hotel is ideally situated on the Thames River within walking distance of shops, restaurants and theaters. I had a very nice large room with a river view and a very large bathroom with a separate shower. The restaurant has great food with the best lobster bisque I've ever tasted. The room was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that when I arrived there were no wash cloths in the bathroom and was told I had to wait until the next day to get one. Overall, I liked the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Too many things to list on what went wrong. Stayed in the Two Story Suite, it was the only thing that was nice. The staff is anything but professional, customer service is non-exsistant. The staff could care less if your there. I've had better service at McDonalds. They need to train their staff on interacting with customers.

The room was great for 2 people and very comfortable bed. We were on the 9th floor and we could see Buckingham Palace from our room. We were offered an upgraded to a larger Thames river room with breakfast for an additional 25pounds, but we stayed where we were since we were only there for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I would stay here again. The hotel is on the Thames close to the Theatre District, the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey. It is a very safe area of London, very close to Downing Street so lots of security.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel the end of May 05 and were more than pleased. The staff could not be more helpful. The location was perfect and the rooms.. well they were flat out extraordinary. Look at the pictures and if you can imagine it being better.. believe it. I have NEVER been more pleased with a hotel.
