The Carmel Forest Spa Resort is situated in the heart of the Carmel Forest and surrounded by natural and dense pine woodland with the faraway Mediterranean Sea sparkling in the horizon. The spa spans an area of 2500 square meters and includes 25 treatment rooms, dry and wet saunas, and immersion baths. Over 70 state-of-the-art treatments are offered at the resort, all treatments are administered by professional and skilled therapists. The spa has a glass walled covered swimming pool surrounded by woodland. Next to the pool there is an authentic Turkish bath. The guests at the resort are invited to enjoy all the facilities the resort has to offer a Jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas, a fitness room, sporting activities such as Tai Chi, yoga, Pilates etc. and cultural activities. For guests interested in outdoor activity, there is an outdoor swimming pool with its abundance of grassy lawns and flowers, the possibility of hiking along the marked paths deep in the forest surrounding the hotel and more. It is well known that proper nutrition is the key to achieving a state of equilibrium between body and soul. The hotel took this into consideration and is specializing in gourmet dishes based on natural and healthy ingredients for the three meals served daily. The hotel offers full board accommodation only. The hotel guests who so wish can receive a customized low-calorie menu. A specialist clinical dietician is available for dietary consultations. The resort has 126 rooms built in accordance with very high standards including 20 suites, most of which face the forest and overlook the sea. Children under 16 are not admitted to the resort.
