Superb first class hotel
This was the perfect setting for a 25th wedding anniversary trip to Lake Como. The hotel is superb in every respect. Service is first rate, and the setting is beyond description. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. In addition to breathtaking views of Lake Como, the pool and gardens in the back of the hotel are magnificent. Restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive, but there are other options nearby. The breakfast plan is worth the extra cost. The location on Lake Como is convenient for boat excursions to other lake towns (particularly Bellagio), and Como is 40 minutes away by high speed boat. We would return in a heartbeat!
