Residence Borgo Degli Ulivi, Gardone Riviera, Italy

The Residence Borgo degli Ulivi is quietly situated only a few hundred metres from the centre of Gardone Riviera in a beautiful 20000 sqm park with Mediterranean flowers and plants overlooking the lake. The Residence has been built with typical materials and painted in typical colours of the surrounding villages. Our two-room apartments, two-rooms + loft and three- room apartments are spacious and luxuriously furnished each one with veranda or balcony. They have a kitchenette, sat-TV, telephone, air conditioning (main bedroom), safe and hair-dryer. In the Residence you can find a swimming pool and children’s pool, jacuzzi, bar, snack bar, garage, parking places, lift (connects the garage with the main building), relax room and info-point. To entertain younger guests there is a playground and indoor-games room. A delivery service brings fresh bread, rolls and newspapers in the morning, further on there is a breakfast and laundry service and at our guest’s disposal. One of our new services are shiatsu-massages in apartment to book at the reception. Thanks to its position it is the ideal starting point for excursions on the lake and the surrounding area.
